Camper Info

- Rising 3rd, 4th, 5th grades

- Family is unable to pay for own fees

- NO medical, emotional, or behavioral problems  There are no medical personnel or counselors on site to serve children who need special assistance.

- Camp for first-time campers only. Campers who have previously attended may not attend again.

- $15 registration fee

- Notarized Health Form (notaries at schools, churches, banks)

- Must live in Nassau, Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Baker, Bradford, Putnam, or Union counties

- Parent/guardian agrees to come pick up campers who are unable to follow Camp AMP Safety & Behavioral Rules

SESSION ONE - JUNE 9 - 13, 2008
SESSION TWO - JUNE 16 - 20, 2008

8:00 AM Monday  and returning at 4:30 pm Friday
